Trunks was finally getting on with his life and dating again and Goten was still with Bra. </div> <div> Goten was with Bra in his apartment. They were both sat on the sofa hugging each other.</div> <div> "I love you you know" Goten whispered into Bra's ear.</div> <div> "And I love you too. What made you say that?" Bra asked</div> <div> "I don't know I just thought I didn't tell you enough so I thought I'd start telling you more often....." He was cut off by Bra kissing him. He looked at his watch and broke off the kiss.</div> <div> "I'm supposed to meeting Trunks in 10 minutes at the mall."</div> <div> "Why are you going to the mall?"</div> <div> "To watch a film why?"</div> <div> "I thought you would rather be with me than go out with my brother."</div> <div> "I promised him ages ago that I would go and see this film with him, I won't be later and besides I gonna take you out tonight."</div> <div> "Really then I guess I can let you go then" She said kissing him again.</div> <div> "You can stay here if you want?"</div> <div> "Yeah I'll hang around for a bit. I'll see you later then"</div> <div> "OK love you." He said as he walked out the door.</div> <bR> <div> <U>* </U></div> <bR> <div> Goten was 10 minutes late meeting Trunks. He found Trunks waiting for him near the entrance of the mall. </div> <div> "Hi Trunks"</div> <div> "Hey. You know I still can't believe you gonna do this."</div> <div> "Neither can I"</div> <div> They walked into a jewelery shop.</div> <bR> <div> <U>* </U></div> <bR> <div> Goten and Bra had just finished having dinner in the Palace Restaurant. </div> <div> "Do you wanna go for a walk?" Goten asked her.</div> <div> "Yeah sure it's a nice night" Bra replied. Goten picked her up and flew into the air. "I thought you said walk?"</div> <div> "Well I thought I'd carry you to where I want to walk first."</div> <div> "OK" They flew deep into the forest near Satan City. Goten landed in a clearing in the woods and put Bra down. The clearing was full of loads of different coloured flowers and plants. There was a little stream running throught the woods and the sound it made was soothing.</div> <div> "Wow it's beautiful here" She said looking around.</div> <div> "Bra just sit on that rock over there" Goten said pointing to a fair sized rock. She sat down and looked at him. He got down on one knee and pulled a black box out of his pocket.</div> <div> "Oh my god" She whispered almost to herself.</div> <div> "Bra, we've been going out for over 2 years now and I know I will never find someone I love as much as I love you. Will you do the honor of marrying me"</div> <div> "Of course I will" Goten opened the black box to show a gold ring with loads of little diamonds in it.</div> <div> "It's beautiful" She said as he put it on her finger. She pulled him over to her and kissed him. They stayed in the woods all night.</div> <bR> <div> <U>* </U></div> <bR> <div> Bra woke up first. It took her a minute to realise where she was. She looked at her finger to make sure she didn't dream last night. Goten caught her looking at it. He leaned over and gave her a kiss. </div> <div> "We better be going in a minute, everyone will wonder where we are" Bra said to him. </div> <div> "Who are we gonna tell first?"</div> <div> "We'll get the bad bit over with first and tell my parents. and Trunks."</div> <div> "Well Trunks already knows."</div> <div> "How?"</div> <div> "I told him I was gonna do this and he helped me pick out the ring yesterday afternoon."</div> <div> "What when you were going to the movies?" Goten nodded. She gave him another kiss. "Ok we'll get going shall we?"</div> <div> "Yeah"</div> <bR> <div> <U>* </U></div> <bR> <div> Goten and Bra made it back to Capsule Corp. Bra walked in first to find Bulma, Vegeta and Trunks sat round the table.</div> <div> "Trunks you don't live here so what are you doing here?" Bra asked him.</div> <div> "I wouldn't wanna miss this for the world" He said as he got up to put his bowl near the sink.</div> <div> "Miss what?" Bulma asked, Vegeta was looking at them now, making Goten nervous.</div> <div> "Well...................I'm engaged" She said holding out the ring for her mother to see.</div> <div> "Well I'm happy for you both. Aren't you Vegeta?" Goten wasn't looking forward to this moment. </div> <div> "Well if I'm honest, I would rather it would be you..." He said pointing to Goten, "than it be some pathetic human." Goten wasn't expecting that and he was sure glad he wasn't chasing him around the house again. (lol)</div> <div> "Thank you dad" Bra said giving him a hug. Vegeta whispered into her ear when she was hugging him.</div> <div> "I'm happy for you"</div> <div> "Thank you" She whispered back. Trunks was just gob smacked, that his dad hadn't done anything to Goten yet. </div> <div> "Have you told your dad and mom yet Goten?" Bulma asked </div> <div> "No not yet."</div> <div> "Well go on then. I'll get everyone to come over tonight to celebrate OK."</div> <div> "Thanks mom" Bra said as they walked out the door.</div> <bR> <div> <U>* </U></div> <bR> <div> Goten carried Bra over to His parents' house.</div> <div> "Well that went better than I thought it would have?" Goten said</div> <div> "I know" Bra replied.</div> <div> They landed just outside the house, Goten spotted Gohan's car outside.</div> <div> "Oh great I have to tell him as well." Goten said</div> <div> "It can't be that bad."</div> <div> "You're right come on." he said grabbing he hand "Anyway your future niece will probably be here." He said teasing her.</div> <div> "Don't say that, she's my best friend and now I'm gonna be her auntie that's so weird"</div> <div> "I know."</div> <div> Goten knocked on the door and let himself in. </div> <div> "Hey" He said to everyone. He was right before, Pan was here so was Videl, Gohan and of course his mom and dad.</div> <div> "Hey" they all said almost together.</div> <div> "I have something to tell you all" They all looked at him. Goten looked at Bra took a deep breath and said, "Me and Bra are engaged"</div> <div> "That's great" Goku said getting up to hug his son and future daughter in law. Chichi followed him. when she was hugging Bra, she whispered,</div> <div> "I wondered when he'd ask you" Bra smiled. Gohan went to hug his brother.</div> <div> "Never thought you'd ask her" He whispered. That made Goten smile. </div> <div> "My mom says she's gonna get everyone over to celebrate tonight so you're gonna have to come." Bra said. </div> <div> "Ok we'll be there" Chichi said.
